NAIOPWA Developer Of The Year

In 2019, MainStreet was named NAIOP Washington State's Developer of the Year. The competitors for this award were all deserving, so we are humbled by this recognition.

MainStreet was founded in 2010 with the vision of developing, constructing, and operating amazing places all with the goal of delighting our customers. Over the years, we have established ourselves as an impactful leader on the Eastside with the revitalization efforts of downtown Bothell, Kenmore, Redmond, Sammamish, and Woodinville.
